If hair has a defect then I will exchange the defective item free of charge and if needed offer you a second item at half price.

 

You have 7 days for an exchange, the hair must be uncolored, not chemically processed and not altered in any way.

 

Please make sure hair is shampooed and conditioned before your install

 

As the owner of Rae Black Extensions distribution company I strive to sale quality specialty hair that does not tangle or shed. There is a slim chance the hair may not arrive top quality from my factory in this case the defective item will be replaced.
