Hi! You will be contacted for your head measurements for this product before the order is placed. Please keep in mind what density you would like (how thick you want it to be) Density options include 130%, 150% and 180%. I will need your cape size, you will need a measuring tape for this part and this is how the sizes work (see below). Please specify your texture in the notes box and your cap size. If hair has a defect then I will exchange the defective item free of charge and if needed offer you a second item at half price.
You have 7 days for an exchange, the hair must be uncolored, not chemically processed and not altered in any way.
Please make sure hair is shampooed and conditioned before your install
As the owner of Rae Black Extensions distribution company I strive to sale quality specialty hair that does not tangle or shed. There is a slim chance the hair may not arrive top quality from my factory in this case the defective item will be replaced.
